            Position Title: Branch Manger

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans to promote products and services effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the branch. 
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, these includes: managing, monitoring, supervising, and supporting branch staff in management of loan transaction;
  • Responsible for all loans made by the branch, ensure that all processes and procedures are properly complied and that all loan documents are completed, timely, and accurate;
  • Review and approve all expense at branch level to ensure that prudent cash management practices are followed in line with the Finance policies and procedures;
  • Check office management to ensure that all branch activities are fully implemented with Admin policy and procedure.
  • Provide training, coaching, guidance and feedback to staff in view of their work performance to develop a team of competent staff force.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting, Business Administration or Management
  • At least 4 years of credit management and or financial management’s experience in MFIs/Bank sector and managing day to day operations and
  • Good Knowledge of bank related operating risk, compliance policies, and loan procedures
  • Good command in English including writing, speaking, reading and listening.
  • Have a good interpersonal and communication skills, team work, independent, and result-oriented;
  • Integrity, accountability, and highly commitment, and result oriented
Position Title: Credit Officer

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate repayment capacity of customers, check document, verify and analyzed data provide by customer
  • Side visit of mortgaged property and business of applicant
  • Prepared legal documents such as Letter Offer, Loan Contract, Mortgaged Agreement, Letter of Guarantee, etc. after loan approval
  • Preparing write-up and submit to management for approval
  • Process loan application at District Hall and Loan Office
  • Contact customers for interest payment and other fees
  • Follow up and review credit facilities
  • Prepare weekly loan report and weekly overdue to loan report
  • Print Debit Advice in interest and principle for all of customer to maintain in files loan
Job Requirement
  • BA of Banking & Finance, Accounting , Business Administration ,or Management 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in banking sector, Loan or credit department
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Able to interact confidently at all levels
  • Possess positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and as a team member
  • Self- motivated and highly commitment
  • Focused, achievement-oriented, excellent customer service oriented
